I got the most lift from Fannie Mae’s free DU training — , the big certs are pricey — run through https://singlefamily.fanniemae.com/education/desktop-underwriter and then take three old files, push them through DU, and compare the findings to your last conditions; it tightens your AUS notes fast. MBA stuff is solid but a time sink, so I’d start with “quick wins” like DU/LPA tutorials before paying for a cert. Are you trying to keep costs down right now?
